This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading telecoms business as a Service Desk Manager, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
As a Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the function, leading, mentoring, and coaching the Service Desk team to deliver exceptional service and meet customer contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Service Desk team to achieve high levels of user satisfaction, quality work, and response time.
- Owning the Major Incident Management and Change Management processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with customer needs.
- Developing and implementing training and development plans to address knowledge gaps and improve team capability.
- Managing suppliers, attending meetings, and supporting supplier service improvement activities.
- Providing regular reporting on SLA performance, risks, and issues, as well as service improvement initiatives.
