Logistics and Communications Trainee

Karla Otto, a leading public relations and communications agency, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee in Logistics and Communications. With offices across the globe, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that fosters growth and development.
As a Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our Communications Account Coordinators and Account Assistants in sample trafficking, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling the movement of samples, supporting the send-out and return process, and maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Communications team in organizing and executing special projects and events, such as Press Days and Fashion Week.
- Assist in sample pitching, preparing images and assets for product pitching, and sending out press releases to press.
- Help keep contact databases updated and organized on Launchmetrics.
- Prepare and compile reports.
- Support with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Fashion Week and Logistics:
- Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure efficient sample management.
- Liaise with couriers regarding collections, deliveries, and diversion of shipments when required.
