Logistics and Communications Trainee

Karla Otto, a leading public relations and communications agency, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee in Logistics and Communications. With offices across the globe, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that fosters growth and development.
As a Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our Communications Account Coordinators and Account Assistants in sample trafficking, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling the movement of samples, supporting the send-out and return process, and maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communications Account Management: Support the Communications Account Coordinators and Account Assistants in sample trafficking, including signing in process, monitoring, and controlling the movement of samples.
- Logistics: Assist and work closely with the Logistics Coordinator, liaising with couriers regarding collections, deliveries, and diversion of shipments when required.
- Fashion Week: Help keep contact databases updated and organized on Launchmetrics, prepare and compile reports, and support with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
