Logistics and Communications Trainee

Karla Otto is a leading public relations and communications agency with a global presence, offering a unique opportunity for a Trainee to join our team in London.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our Communications and Logistics teams in delivering exceptional results and establishing long-term partnerships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Communications Account Coordinators and Account Assistants in managing communications accounts
- Monitor and control the movement of samples in and around the building
- Maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders regarding samples
- Support the ongoing collaborative and respectful relationships between the PR and Logistics teams
- Assist in sample pitching, preparing images and assets for product pitching/news pitching/press release send outs to press
- Support the Communications team in organizing and executing special projects and events
- Positive charisma and enthusiasm
- Self-motivation and a keen sense of aesthetics
- Ability to work closely with the Logistics Coordinator and couriers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
