Plant Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- React to breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct continuous improvement work to identify and implement process improvements.
- Operate heavy plant machinery and workshop equipment as required.
Requirements:
- Apprentice-trained maintenance engineer with a strong mechanical bias.
- Experience in machining, welding, and fabrication.
- Heavy plant machinery and workshop equipment experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
