We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Everlinked Ltd as a CNC Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues, utilizing your expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage and maintain our cutting-edge equipment, including CNC machinery and advanced systems, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure maximum plant availability and minimize production losses.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, with a strong background in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with vacuum and conventional furnaces, presses, or resistance welding equipment.
- Familiarity with EDM processes and advanced manufacturing technologies.
