The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the College's centralised admissions processes, ensuring the successful recruitment and enrolment of learners against College targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of quality information, advice and guidance on a wide and diverse range of support services provided by the college.
  • Form part of the team responsible for the successful recruitment and enrolment of learners.
  • Input large volumes of data efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls and communications to learners, applicants and parents.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:
