Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and provide insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial planning is aligned with business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support financial planning processes, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to optimize financial processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
