Resourcing Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Resourcing Consultant to join our specialist Housing team. As a Resourcing Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with candidates across the UK, and working closely with our experienced Managers to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Partnering with Senior Recruitment Consultants to identify and acquire top talent.
• Developing and maintaining a strong candidate network through telephone and face-to-face contact, as well as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Actively sourcing candidates through our database, external job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Writing and refreshing job adverts to attract the best candidates.
• Researching new clients and adding them to our database to expand our reach.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A strong understanding of the Housing sector and the skills and qualities required for success in a Resourcing Consultant role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proven track record of success in a recruitment or resourcing role, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry trends.
