Resourcing Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Resourcing Consultant to join our specialist Housing team based in Derby. As a Resourcing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by one of our experienced Managers as you network with candidates across the UK building professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Recruitment Consultants to source top talent in the market.
- Target passive candidates through headhunting and develop relationships with them.
- Develop and manage both new and existing candidate relationships.
- Expand our candidate network via LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conduct candidate interviews and qualify them against current live roles.
- Actively source candidates via our database, external jobs boards, and LinkedIn.
- Tailor candidate CVs and write and refresh job adverts.
- Research new clients and add them to our database.
- Increase awareness of our brand and your personal brand via social media, networking, and sponsorship events.
