Resourcing Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Resourcing Consultant to join our specialist Housing team based in Derby. As a Resourcing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Managers, network with candidates across the UK, and build professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Senior Recruitment Consultants to source top candidate talent.
  • Develop and maintain existing candidate relationships through telephone and face-to-face contact.
  • Expand our candidate network via LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and qualify them against current live roles.
  • Actively source candidates via our database, external jobs boards, and LinkedIn.
  • Tailor candidate CVs and write and refresh job adverts.
  • Research new clients and add them to our database.
  • Enhance awareness of the Sellick Partnership brand and your personal brand through social media, networking, and sponsorship events.
