About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our student accommodation team at Kirkstall Brewery in Leeds. As a key member of our Homes for Students family, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional student living experiences and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide top-notch customer service in sales, maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Embed our core values and enable your team to excel in their roles.
  • Support our new students and efficiently handle any customer or operational issues that arise.
  • Work closely with your team to ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and room turnaround processes.
What We're Looking For:
  • Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Strong data presentation and analysis skills.
  • Impeccable organisational abilities.
  • Team player with the power to lead, inspire, and motivate.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations (desirable but not essential).
