About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our student accommodation team at The Store House in Leeds. As a key member of our Homes for Students family, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide top-notch customer service in sales, maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial stability.
  • Embed our core values and enable your team to excel in their roles.
  • Support new students and efficiently handle customer or operational issues.
What We're Looking For
  • Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Strong data presentation and analysis skills.
  • Impeccable organisational abilities.
  • Team player with the power to lead, inspire, and motivate.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations (desirable but not essential).
