Job Title: Family Wellbeing Assistant

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Family Wellbeing Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our Family Support Service to provide support to families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to families in need, promoting their wellbeing and resilience.
  • Work closely with our Family Support Service to deliver targeted interventions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and services.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Aged 18 or over.
  • Willing to undergo enhanced DBS check.
  • Friendly approach.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to work well in team and unsupervised.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
