Job Title: Mobile Application Trainer

Are you a skilled trainer with experience in mobile applications and software implementation? Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers and stakeholders? We are seeking a Mobile Application Trainer to join our team at IDPP.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Application Trainer to support the rollout of a new digital software across the South East region. As a Mobile Application Trainer, you will be responsible for training and coaching new and existing staff on the new software, ensuring they are proficient in using it.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be the 'on the ground' face for the rollout of the software and be the key contact for senior rollout team members.
  2. Have a detailed technical understanding of the software being implemented and its design.
  3. Train and coach new and existing staff on the new software to ensure they are proficient in using it.
  4. Download the software onto all devices used at each site.
  5. Liaise with the IT Team and Implementation Managers to resolve local technical issues.
  6. Be onsite at a service for between 3 and 5 days during the working week across the South East to support services with implementation.
  7. Travel to each required site; a driving licence is essential.
  8. You should be able to train people in how to use a piece of software and preferably have previous experience of this.
  9. Good time management and flexibility to travel as required.

Requirements:

  1. A good technical knowledge of mobile applications and software.
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Visio, etc.).
  3. Experience of large-scale digital project implementation is preferable.
  4. Previous experience of working in a similar role with a digital application is desirable.
  5. Familiarity with project management best practices.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary and full travel expenses paid at 45p per mile travelled. This is a contract role, and the project duration is expected to be up to 12 months.
