Senior Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a Senior Campaigns Executive with a true passion for social media to join our fast-growing agency, PinPoint Media.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our client services, creative, production, performance, and social teams to create impactful paid and organic social content and strategies for a diverse portfolio of national and international brands.
You'll take full ownership of your clients, managing everything from onboarding to daily oversight and performance reporting. This is your chance to showcase your expertise and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full cycle of campaign execution, from activation and optimisation to reporting, ensuring creative alignment and best practices across all channels (organic, paid, influencer, OOH).
- Conduct audits, A/B testing, and budget pacing to continuously improve results, maximise effectiveness, and fine-tune strategies.
- Work closely with creative, social, and production teams to develop briefs, drive ideation, and implement new technologies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
- Foster strong client relationships through prompt communication, performance reporting, and clear insights into optimisations tied to business objectives.
- Develop media plans, allocate budgets, and conduct competitor research to ensure optimal reach and impact.
- Collaborate with account managers to meet KPIs and deliver growth opportunities.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Paid Social. Candidates with agency experience are preferred, although those with an in-house background will also be considered.
- Experience working in ad accounts of DTC/B2B/eCommerce brands preferred but not required.
- Experience in leveraging Meta Ads Manager to optimise campaigns.
- Good understanding of marketing and communications.
- Experience in managing multiple deadlines across multiple client accounts and projects.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to ideate, voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solver who is proactive, driven, and ultra-organised.
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
- Great team player with a client-centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
- Positive 'can do' attitude and a great sense of humour.
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 p/a dependent on experience plus benefits.
