Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support our growing team at Office Angels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, liaising with personnel, and responding to inquiries from the Installations Team. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in basic Xero accounting software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
In this role, you will have the chance to work directly with our New Build Division and Accounts Manager, contributing to the success of our Leicester office. If you are a motivated and organized individual looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process and place orders for the New Build Division.
- Liaise with New Build personnel.
- Respond to questions and information requests from the Installations Team.
- Process invoices into Receipt Bank.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 5 hours per week commitment, Monday to Friday.
- Immediate start date.
**Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).**
