We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader at one of our children's homes.
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude towards our young people and colleagues.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our care policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Ofsted regulations and best practice.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our care team.
Requirements:
- 21 years or older, due to Ofsted regulations.
- Driving is preferred, although not essential, depending on the location of the home.
