Site Manager - Re-Cladding Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Re-Cladding Project in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the site, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site team and manage sub-contractors to deliver the project on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage site paperwork and documentation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including tenants and contractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Project Overview:

The project involves the re-cladding of an 8-storey occupied residential block in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site team and managing sub-contractors to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in external packages, ideally cladding, and high-rise projects
  • Experience with tenants in situ/occupied refurbishments
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
