Wilson James are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team working across the UK regional Aviation sites.

As a member of the Employee Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering, a high quality and consistent ER/HR advisory and support service to employees and managers.

You will be proficient and knowledgeable in supporting and working on a wide range of people related activity including but not limited to discipline, grievance, TUPE, consultations, absence management and maternity.

You will collaborate with a variety of people across the business, ensuring that support is provided to aid Wilson James in achieving its overall aims and objectives whilst mitigating and manging any identified people or commercial risk. This will be done by utilising your understanding and recognition of internal policies and procedures, ACAS guidance and relevant employment and case law.
