Role Description:

Huber is seeking a full-time Construction Site Managers for on-site role in Cambridge, Derby, Watford and Belvedere (East London); project duration averages at 9 month.

The Construction Site Manager will supervise construction site, oversee site operations, communicate with team members and stakeholders, conduct inspections, and maintain construction safety standards. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

Candidates looking for a permanent placement with HUBER, must be willing to travel across the UK.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in site management for a senior role; shorter experience will be considered for a junior role.
  • Strong supervisory skills and site supervision experience
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring construction safety
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes
  • Relevant certifications in construction management


Personal Profile:

  • Relevant construction experience, preferably in heavy construction (concrete, steel, etc.)
  • Understanding of construction execution
  • Positive, self-assured, and motivated; able to manage operatives on site
  • Productive, flexible, and eager to learn
  • A natural leader, motivating and inspiring
  • Willingness to travel across the country and abroad is a plus.
