Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Appraiser to join our team at Spicerhaart, the UK's largest independent property services group.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 per year

This role offers a competitive basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 per year, with uncapped commission and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area, door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified Estate Agent looking to take their career to the next level
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills
Benefits:
