Lettings Negotiator

**About The Role**
- Act as a point of contact for clients interested in renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain a database of available properties and update listings regularly.
- Collaborate with property owners to determine pricing strategies and marketing plans.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Carry out market appraisals & valuations for new properties.
- Conduct inventories & negotiate deposit releases.
- Carry out interim visits & report back to landlords.
**Skills & Experience Required**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of local property market and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Working Hours**
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Every other Saturday 9am - 1pm (with time back in lieu)
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
