Job Title: Land Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to lead land acquisition efforts in the Central UK region.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Secure land rights to meet operational requirements
  • Develop strategies to identify and secure on- and off-market land opportunities
  • Negotiate favourable agreements to secure land
  • Provide appraisals on target sites
  • Build a pipeline of land options to meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts
  • Provide regular updates on progress and performance

Requirements:



  • 10+ years of experience in land acquisition and management
  • Strong network within the Central UK rural land sector
  • Comprehensive understanding of the land market in England & Wales
  • Exceptional negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel and work away from home
