Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), and promoting a culture of safety and well-being on all projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project teams and ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitoring and controlling project budgets, including expense tracking and financial reporting

Requirements:
