Theatre Operations Assistant

Join our team as an Event Administration Specialist and take advantage of this unique opportunity to work in a dynamic theatre and events environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating events, managing logistical tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
You will also provide administrative support to the Box Office team, undertaking tasks such as setting up and monitoring ticketed events.
- Prepare event materials, including programmes and promotional literature.
- Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant knowledge and experience of using specialised systems/software in a customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills (e.g., 4 GCSE grades A-C (9-4) including English and Maths, or equivalent).
