About the Role
The Shop Manager will lead and motivate the team to deliver fast and friendly service to customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving high performance through recruitment, training, and colleague engagement
- Ensuring the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming
- Leading the team to deliver amazing results and maintain excellent standards
- Rollling up sleeves and getting involved in food preparation and serving customers

About You
If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, have lots of experience delivering excellent customer service and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail, this could be the right fit for you.
