About the General Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead the success of our restaurants. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your shop, focusing on four key areas: People, Hospitality, Quality, and Profitability.
People. You will be accountable for developing your team, leading a confident management team, and creating a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. This includes succession planning, well-planned rotas, and managing employee relations in line with our policies.
Hospitality. Your drive will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, putting customers and employees at the heart of everything you do. You will observe and train your team to ensure a great customer experience.
Quality. You will be responsible for all shop operational standards, compliance with our Food, Health, and Safety procedures, and ensuring the quality of our food produced by your kitchen team.
Profitability. You will have a strong understanding of your P&L, forecast, and general shop financial performance. You will work closely with your management team to achieve sales growth and maximize profitability.
