Job Description:

Overview:

Leonardo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PLM Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our PLM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administration support: Set up projects, create users, assign roles, and manage access controls, collaborating with our ICT team as needed.
  2. Offer user support: Respond to incidents raised through our PLM help desk, providing solutions and maintaining accurate records in our help desk database.
  3. Contribute to PLM functionality and processes: Share your expertise to define, deploy, and test new PLM capabilities and processes.
  4. Support business development: Assist in the deployment of PLM capabilities across the organization, ensuring accurate records of system and configuration changes.
  5. Deliver training and awareness: Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to educate users on PLM best practices.
  6. Provide guidance and direction: Mentor engineers, trainees, graduates, and apprentices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  7. Hands-on experience: Possess working knowledge of Teamcenter, either in a support role or as an end-user.
  8. Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate, with an aptitude for involvement in IT systems.
  9. Education: Hold a HNC or equivalent experience in an Engineering or Technology field.
