Senior PLM Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PLM Support Specialist to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to our users, ensuring seamless integration of our PLM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administration support, including project setup, user creation, role assignment, and access controls.
  2. Offer user support via our PLM help desk, providing solutions to incidents raised and maintaining accurate records.
  3. Contribute to the definition, deployment, and testing of new PLM functionality and processes.
  4. Support the development and deployment of PLM capabilities into the business.
  5. Maintain accurate records of system and configuration changes.
  6. Provide training and awareness to users through meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  7. Offer guidance and direction to engineers and trainees, including graduates and apprentices.
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office applications and have an aptitude for involvement in IT systems.
  9. Hold a HNC or equivalent experience in an Engineering or Technology field.

Requirements:

You must be eligible for full security clearance.
