Store Experience Director

We are seeking a dynamic Checkout Team Lead to join our team at Neom Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a store, from inventory management and operations to local sales strategy and business planning.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, able to work closely with various departments, drive sales growth, and make a positive impact on the wider business.
This position involves working varied hours, including weekdays and weekends, with occasional late nights and travel to other stores and events required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a counter
- Drive sales growth and meet company objectives
- Manage targets, rotas, and weekly reports
- Organize and participate in in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand, partnering with local businesses
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team, focusing on training and education
- Deliver exceptional customer service, inspiring wellbeing and setting high standards for the NEOM Customer Experience
- Promote community initiatives, fundraising for our partnered charity through in-store events and brand partnerships
- Lead and champion local community projects, fostering an inclusive environment and providing opportunities for volunteering
Requirements:

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
