Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client care? White Cross Vets in Widnes is looking for a Part-time Client Care Manager to join their friendly team.

Job Summary

This role involves managing front-of-house operations, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients and their pets.

We are seeking an experienced individual who can provide a high level of service, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures
  4. Provide exceptional client care and ensure a positive experience for all customers
