Store Manager

Our client is a thriving business that is expanding its operations. This presents a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join their team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, while driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a store plan to achieve operational objectives and performance standards.
- Translate customer service expectations into actionable activities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Own and deliver a succession plan to ensure the continued growth and sustainability of the business through people development.
- Identify business opportunities and drive performance across all operational KPIs to optimize EBITDA.
- Promote the client's brand by engaging with local organizations and the community to create a unique point of difference.
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced retail or similar operation.
- Commercial awareness and business planning skills.
- Commitment to achieving and sustaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Proven people management skills.
- Adept at communicating and influencing at all levels.
- Committed to promoting collaborative working.
- Enthusiastic and flexible with a positive attitude.
- Personal Licence Holder (or able to obtain and hold a licence within 16 weeks of appointment).
- Commitment to developing own skills and applying learning to improve own performance.
