Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warranty & Technical Coordinator to join our team at Triumph.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using problem-solving skills and knowledge of motorcycle systems
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or automotive technology
  • Proven experience in a technical support or warranty administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary:

£52,000 - £62,000 per annum
