Motorcycle Workshop Procedure Author

We are seeking an experienced Technical Author to join our team at Triumph Motorcycles. As a Technical Author, you will be responsible for researching and developing disassembly and assembly methods for our prototype and pre-production motorcycles. You will work closely with our Design teams to create user instructions describing the latest technology used in our motorcycles.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in an automotive industry setting. You will have the chance to work on real-world projects, develop your technical writing skills, and contribute to the creation of high-quality documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing workshop procedures for our global dealer network and customers
- Creating user instructions describing the latest technology used in our motorcycles
- Producing documentation including owner's handbooks, repair and maintenance instructions, setup guides, recalls, and service bulletins
- Working closely with our Design teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
