We are driven to make the best motorcycles in the world and require a Fleet and Vehicle Test Engineer to take responsibility for the design vehicle fleet and completion of vehicle test programs.

Job Description

The role involves ensuring testing is completed to procedure and on time as set out in standard timings, establishing testing processes and working practices to maximize effectiveness of the Department, and working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

As a member of our Design and Development team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices across the organization. With a strong focus on quality and safety, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including an enhanced holiday scheme, employee benefits platform, favourable life assurance scheme, and discounted rates on motorcycle clothing and accessories.
