FPGA Design Specialist

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking an FPGA design specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and developing digital and analogue hardware interfaces using HDL coding (VHDL and Verilog). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computing architecture and be proficient in C/C++ programming.

The successful candidate will contribute to signal processing and algorithm design, coding RTL, and designing FPGA/Soc architectures. Experience in ASIC design and cryptography knowledge are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital and analogue hardware interfaces.
  • Contribute to signal processing and algorithm design.
  • Coding RTL and designing FPGA/Soc architectures.
  • Proficient in hardware debugging tools.

Desirable Skills:

  • Computing architecture expertise.
  • Experience in ASIC design.
  • Cryptography knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with regular visits to Oxford expected.
