FPGA Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Development Specialist to join our team at Arrow Global Components. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the growth of our business by developing strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

About the Role

This position involves:

  • Direct promotion and technical support of FPGA products within our customer base.
  • Participation in all phases of customer FPGA development cycle from concept to debug.
  • Development of supplier relationships and involvement in goal setting, market strategy, and design reviews.
  • Provision of technical training internally and for customers.
  • Advice on implementing innovative ideas and solutions for assigned clients.
  • Management of supplier interactions.
Your Background

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN THE FPGA DEVELOPMENT CYCLE either in a FAE or design engineering role.
  • ABILITY TO DEVELOP FPGA DESIGN-IN STRATEGY AND MANAGE SUPPLIER DESIGN REVIEWS.
  • GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • FLUENCY IN ENGLISH.
What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive employee compensation package, including:

  • A BASE SALARY OF £60,000 - £80,000 PER YEAR (dependent on experience)
  • VARIABLE COMPENSATION FOR MEETING PERFORMANCE TARGETS

This role can be based remotely in the UK and may require occasional travel to client sites.
