About the Role


LYMA is seeking an experienced Global Retail Director to lead our strategic growth efforts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail strategies that drive business results across all international markets.



Job Description


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, with a proven track record of successful strategy development and execution. You will be expected to oversee day-to-day retail operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement global omni-channel strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Align retail operations with LYMA's overall strategic goals.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities for expansion.


Operational Management:



  • Oversee day-to-day retail accounts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor account metrics and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with LYMA policies, procedures, and standards across all locations.


Financial Performance:



  • Manage LYMA's B2B budget and ensure profitability.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports.


Team Leadership:



  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small retail management team.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities.


Customer Experience:



  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all retail locations.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.


Brand Management:



  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all B2B activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute retail marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance the brand's presence and reputation in the market.


Qualifications and Experience:



  • Extensive experience within retail management.
  • Previous experience in account management and/or business development.
  • Proven track record of successful retail strategy development and execution.
  • Experience in managing international retail operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience within the luxury or beauty industry is desirable.


Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
