We are seeking an accomplished Residential Childcare Skills Coach to lead our apprenticeship development program. In this pivotal role, you will foster growth and excellence in early childhood education by delivering comprehensive training programs and coaching mentorship.

Role Overview

As a key figure in our training department, you will have the privilege of working closely with our caseload of apprentices within Residential Children's Services. You will provide tailored support, guidance, and resources to help them achieve their goals and succeed in their careers.

Your Background and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum 2 years of management experience in Residential Childcare
  • A Level 5 Residential Children's related qualification
