About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care, including washing and dressing
  • Meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying clients to appointments
  • Providing companionship and social interaction

Requirements

  • A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
