Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Burnley, Pendle & Surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Guardian Homecare part of City & County, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication. Additionally, you will help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household chores.
  • Following individual care plans to ensure high-quality support is provided to each client.
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
