We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Professional to join our dynamic team at The Fuel Store Ltd. Based in Birmingham City Centre, this exciting role offers a unique chance to drive business growth and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role

This permanent position involves proactively identifying opportunities for growth through outbound cold sales calls and early account management. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our products and services across fleet management.

You will be responsible for nurturing and managing acquired accounts during the early life cycle, ensuring exceptional customer service and cultivating long-term relationships. Your ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying customer needs
  • Upselling our product portfolio to maximise sales on new customers
  • Managing acquired accounts for a 13-week cycle
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales role
  • Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively
  • The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
