**Job Title:** Personal Care Coordinator
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
At Creative Support Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs in a modern and comfortable environment.
As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, and assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning. You will also support tenants to maximize their well-being and independence, fostering a fulfilling and valued life.
The ideal candidate will have no previous care experience required, and we offer both full-time and part-time hours worked flexibly according to the service's needs. The service is conveniently located with great public transport links and multiple bus stops nearby.
We provide full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
