About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to enjoy each day to its fullest potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, providing support and companionship to our residents
- Follow established care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- Engage with residents through activities and social interactions, promoting a sense of community and belonging
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through in your interactions with our residents, making you an invaluable member of our team.
What We Offer
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £19,000-£21,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
