About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead our clinical governance and quality of care initiatives across our care homes in the West Midlands.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the performance of each home, ensuring it meets the highest clinical standards. You will review clinical governance databases and KPIs, analyse results, and identify strategies to improve care delivery.

You will work closely with our Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions and address any issues that arise. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering exceptional care will make a real difference to our residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.

As an experienced nurse, you will have worked in a care home environment and be a confident clinical mentor. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge and build relationships will enable you to deliver impressive results.
