About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a student who requires additional support in an alternative education provision. As a support worker, you will work closely with the student to provide tailored academic and emotional support, monitor their behaviour, and support their mental health and wellbeing.

You will play a key role in helping the student manage their learning environment and achieve their personal and academic goals by providing structured, consistent, and empathetic guidance.

  • Provide one-to-one support throughout the school day
  • Assist with academic tasks and support learning in various subjects
  • Monitor and support the student's behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
  • Support mental health and wellbeing, promoting emotional resilience and coping strategies

Salary: £13.00 per hour
