About the Role:

The Area Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Liverpool and North West region. This will involve coaching and motivating a team of Bureau Managers to achieve sales targets and delivering on area targets and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of Bureau Managers to drive performance, recruitment, and colleague development.
  • Deliver on area targets and team KPIs.
  • Ensure all colleagues in the area are fully compliant with health and safety, operational training, procedures, and standards.
  • Build and take ownership of client relationships at a local level.
  • Support the expansion of the Travel Money network to maximise profitability.

Requirements:

  • Confident and decisive communication style.
  • Experience leading a team across multiple sites and achieving the best results.
  • Strong record of performance delivery through increased customer service sales and cost management.
  • Background in customer-facing environments.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and decision-making skills.
