Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Support Specialist to join our team at Solace Women's Aid.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide vital advice and support to women who have experienced domestic abuse in a refuge setting, across two sites. They will conduct thorough risk assessments, develop comprehensive support plans, and engage in key work with survivors to ensure their safety and well-being.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children from diverse backgrounds. You must also possess experience in managing risk and case management procedures, as well as providing emotional and practical support to victims of domestic and sexual violence.

You will have excellent administrative and time management skills, enabling you to effectively manage a caseload while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
