Job Title: Learning Support Specialist

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Health & Safety. As a key member of our support services, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality delegate support and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Study Support team to ensure exceptional delegate support and quality standards are maintained.
  • Oversee team workload, provide guidance on marking and feedback, and support team development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training opportunities to promote team growth and excellence.
  • Evaluate and improve study support services to align with market trends, delegate requirements, and organisational goals.

Requirements
  • Chartered Member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
  • Experience in conducting internal quality assurance within a training or education setting.
  • Familiarity with NEBOSH and the open book exam process.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating and empowering team members.
